We are seeking a Visa Consultant with strong expertise in handling international visa applications and guiding clients with end-to-end support.
Role Overview
The Visa Consultant will be responsible for assisting clients with various visa applications (Schengen, USA, UK, Canada, Asia, and other destinations). This role requires an individual with in-depth knowledge of visa processes, attention to detail, and excellent customer service skills to ensure clients have a seamless experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide professional advice and guidance on visa requirements, documentation, and application processes.
- Handle applications for tourist, business, employment, family, and immigration visas.
- Stay up to date with embassy rules, consulate updates, and immigration policies.
- Review client documents to ensure accuracy and compliance before submission.
- Prepare and submit visa applications, schedule appointments, and track status updates.
- Respond promptly to client queries, ensuring clear communication and customer satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate records of all applications, follow-ups, and correspondence.
- Work towards achieving monthly targets and contribute to the growth of the company.
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in visa consulting, immigration services, or related field (UAE experience preferred).
- Strong knowledge of Schengen visas and other global destinations.
- Excellent communication skills in English (Arabic/Hindi/Urdu is a plus).
- Proficient in MS Office and online application portals.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a client-focused approach.
- Ability to manage multiple cases with accuracy and efficiency.
